The start menu was the main turn-off for me, it's all solid colours rather than the elaborate shading I'm used from the newest Microsoft releases.
But - I appreciate the effort.
The bottom shellstyle is nice.
It's one of my favourite theme at the moment.

Good effort though, I appreciate that. Please don't read this as demeaning, but why not come up with something more original and unseen?
I have one request: Could you wrap the text in the shellstyle rather than keep it all on one line? For instance, when I am in My Documents and select a folder or a file there are 6 or 7 options in the taskbar in the bottom of the window (rename this folder, move, copy, publish, etc). The last couple of tasks on the end are not shown. I have seen some shellstyles that wrap to 2 lines when the window is too small to fit them all on 1 line. Just a suggestion/request, if you are so inclined.
